During the feasibility and pre­-commencement stage of each project, our experienced professionals engage with each of our clients and the on-site team to help develop the scope, methodology, programme and early works procurement. We employ over 25 managerial, administrative and site-based staff to direct and support our operatives at site during the delivery of the contracted works.

All our staff, from site-based to senior management, undergo regular training and refresher courses using NDTG/ CSCS/ CPCS/CCDO and all other relevant training providers. This enables BibbEgan Demolition & Strip Out to carry out the most complex of projects.

BibbEgan’s team makes a major contribution to sustainability and regeneration initiatives throughout the industry by reducing the amount of demolition waste going to landfill and maximising the percentage of materials recycled.

We are able to provide expertise and assistance to clients in the early stages of planning and believe that a strong culture of cooperation insures meaningful and enduring relationships with clients, designers and suppliers.

Establishing a dynamic working relationship over the past 15 years, James Bibbey and John Egan shared an ambition to set up Tower Demolition Limited, which we achieved in 2011. Since its inception, Tower Demolition has, year-on-year, increased its turnover and project portfolio whilst expanding its workforce across every division in order to accommodate its growing client base.

James and John now BibbEgan Demolition & Strip Out intend to keep their well established reputations of providing a turn key service for all your demolition and refurbishment requirements.

Our driving force is to challenge the way our industry operates, finding new modern approaches to complete complex and simple projects alike. Motivated by our forward-thinking philosophy, we streamline our delivery for the benefit of the client and professional team, whilst ensuring the minimum disruption possible. At the same time, we keep in mind our obligation to the environment and sustainability, recycling at least 95% of all arisings.
